dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma management znalostí a jeho přínosy pro organizaci. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část obsahuje teorii, kde jsou definované a vysvětlené všechny potřebné pojmy, tvorbu znalostí, znalostní strategie, znalostní pracovníka a enneagram, což slouží k pochopení managementu znalostí. Druhou částí je část praktická, která obsahuje charakteristiku vybraných společností, představení výzkumné metody, analyzované rozhovory s respondenty. Otázky pro rozhovory byli stanovené na základě teoretické části. Analýza rozhovorů umožnila vyhodnocení cíle bakalářské práce a následně byla navrhnuta patřičná opatření a doporučení pro zlepšení managementu znalostí ve vybraných organizacích. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjištění přínosu managementu znalostí pro organizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor thesis is focused on the topic of knowledge management and its benefits for organizations. The work consists of two parts. The first part contains the theory, where all the necessary concepts, knowledge creation, knowledge strategy, knowledge worker and enneagram are defined and explained, which serves to understand knowledge management. The second part is a practical part, which contains the characteristics of selected companies, introduction to the research method, analyzed interviews with respondents. The questions for the interviews were determined based on the theoretical part. The analysis of the interviews enabled the evaluation of the goal of the bachelor's thesis and subsequently appropriate measures, and recommendations were proposed to improve knowledge management in selected organizations. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to determine the benefits of knowledge management for organizations.en
