dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční hospodaření města Františkovy Lázně. Teoretická část práce nabízí výklad problematiky hospodaření a fungování obce jako územně samosprávného celku. Následuje stručné seznámení s městem Františkovy Lázně a s finanční analýzou jejich hospodaření. Součástí finanční analýzy jsou rozbor příjmů a výdajů, výpočty vybraných poměrových ukazatelů určených pro municipální firmu a jejich aplikování v bonitních modelech BAMF a KAMF. Poslední kapitola představuje návrhy na zlepšení hospodaření města. Vycházejí ze závěrů finanční analýzy, která odkryla některé nedostatky. Realizace uvedených návrhů by vedla ke zvýšení příjmů rozpočtu, patří mezi ně mj. zavedení místního koeficientu u daně z nemovitosti a zavedení poplatku za komunální odpad.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe bachelor's thesis is focused on financial management of the town of Františkovy Lázně. The theoretical part presents the interpretation of the community's management and work as a territorial and administrative unit. It is followed by a brief presentation of Františkovy Lázně and financial analysis of its economic activities. Part of the financial analysis contains the cost-benefit analysis, calculations of some ration indicators for a municipality and their application in solvency models BAMF, KAMF. The final chapter presents suggestions for improving the financial management of the city. They are based on conclusion of the financial analysis, which detected some shortcomings. Realization of the suggestion could increase budget's incomes, including the implementation a local coefficient of land value tax and municipal waste fee.en
