dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou různých finančních instrumentů zastupujících pasivní a aktivní investování v kontextu České republiky napříč různými fázemi hospodářského cyklu. Cílem práce je jednotlivé výsledky interpretovat, zhodnotit a na jejich základě navrhnout určitá doporučení, která shrnou nejdůležitější poznatky z práce a která mohou posloužit k lepší orientaci se v tématu. V dlouhodobém období se nepotvrdilo, že by investice do aktivně řízených podílových fondů vydělávaly více než indexové investice. Z provedené analýzy vyplynulo, že v dobách kontrakce se podílové fondy vyznačují nižší volatilitou než indexy, v dlouhodobém horizontu pak velmi podobnou. Na sledovaném období penzijní fondy se státními příspěvky překonávají výkonnost indexů, na období delším však indexové investice tyto fondy překonají, a to i v případě varianty se státními příspěvky.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Master's Thesis deals with the analysis of various financial instruments representing passive and active investing in the context of the Czech Republic across different phases of the economic cycle. The aim of the Thesis is to interpret and evaluate individual results and based on them, propose certain recommendations summarizing the most important findings of the thesis, which can help in better understanding the topic. In the long term, it has not been confirmed that investments in actively managed mutual funds perform more than index investments. The analysis revealed that during contraction periods, mutual funds have lower volatility than indexes, while in the long term horizon, they show very similar volatility. Over the observed period, pension funds with state contributions outperform index performance, but over longer periods, index investments outperform these funds, even in the case of the variant with state contributions.en
