dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce Realizace státní politiky zaměstnanosti v okrese Sokolov je zhodnotit státní politiku zaměstnanosti realizovanou Úřadem práce v Sokolově. V první části jsou popsány cíle a úlohy státní politiky zaměstnanosti, způsob hodnocení účinnosti aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, jednotlivé nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, vymezení problémových skupin nezaměstnaných, financování státní politiky zaměstnanosti. Druhá část je zaměřena na charakteristiku trhu práce, na vývoj na trhu práce a realizaci nástrojů aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti v okrese Sokolov. Dále jsou analyzovány používané nástroje aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti z hlediska cílenosti a v závěru práce je zhodnocena jejich účinnost.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The goal of the bachelor´s thesis ?Implementation of national employment policy in the Sokolov district? is to appraise the state employment policy implemented by the Labour office in Sokolov. In the first part are described goals and tasks of the state employment policy, way of evaluating the effectiveness of active employment policy, individual instruments of active employment policy, definition of risk groups of unemployed, financing of state employment policy. The second part is focused on the characteristics of the labor market, on the development of the labor market and the implementation of active employment policy in the Sokolov District. Further, there are analysed the instruments used in the active employment policy in terms of targeting and in the conclusion is an assessment of their effectiveness.	en
