dc.description.abstractCílem diplomové práce je zmapovat vývoj judikatury Ústavního soudu v oblasti normotvorby v samostatné působnosti obcí. Jádro práce tvoří obecně závazná vyhláška obce a s ní související nálezy Ústavního soudu. V první části práce jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které s tématem bezprostředně souvisí. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány detailnímu rozboru vybraných nálezů Ústavního soudu. V závěrečné části nejsou opomenuty ani aktuální tendence v dané problematice.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe goal of thesis is to map developments in the cases of the Constitutional Court in municipal law-making. The main work consists generally binding ordinances of municipalities and the related judgments of the Constitutional Court. In the first part of the thesis are defined basic terms, that are associated with the given topic. Following chapters are devoted to detailed analysis of selected cases of the Constitutional Court. In the final part are not omitted current trends in municipal law-making.en
