dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá prostitucí z trestněprávního pohledu. V prvních kapitolách této práce se nejprve zaměřuji na historický vývoj trestněprávní úpravy prostituce. Další část práce se věnuje platné právní úpravě prostituce v České republice a srovnává úpravy v cizích zemích. Zajímavý pohled nám nabízí i navrhované zákony regulující a legalizující prostituci. V samotném závěru hodnotím dosavadní trestněprávní úpravu a navrhuji novou úpravu této problematiky, z mého pohledu nejvíce vyhovující.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis focuses of the prostitution from the criminal law perspective. In the early chapters of this thesis I mainly deal with historical development of the legal regulation of the prostitution. The next part describes the effective legal regulation in the Czech Republic and compares selected legal regulation in foreing countries. Interesting view on the prostitution provide the proposed bills on regulation and legalization of prostitution. In the end I assess the current regulation in the Criminal Code and introduce the new legal regulation, which would be the most suitable according to my opinion.en
