Práce je rozdělena do šesti částí ? první je úvod, druhá část je věnována historii, ve třetí je popsána česká právní úprava trestného činu vraždy, čtvrtá část pojednává o zahraniční právní úpravě tr. č. vraždy (přičemž je rozdělena do dvou částí věnovaných německé a slovenské právní úpravě). dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this Diploma Thesis is ?The murder in the Czech and Foreign Criminal Law?. The Thesis is divided into six parts ? the first is an introduction, the second part deals with the history, in the third part, there are described the Czech legal regulations of the criminal act of murder, the forth part deals with foreign legal regulations of the criminal act of murder (divided into two parts, the first one dealing with German legal regulations and the second one dealing with Slovak legal regulations). The fifth part deals with reflections de lege ferenda and the sixth part is a conclusion.en
