dc.description.abstractJedním z nejdůležitějších znaků každé obce jsou její občané. I oni mají právo vyjádřit se k fungování obce či k jejímu připojení, sloučení nebo oddělení, a to prostřednictvím místního referenda. V současné době se obce připojují nebo slučují za účelem získání většího území a zlepšení ekonomické situace. Nejčastějším způsobem je připojení malé vesnice k městu, tímto způsobem od roku 2001 do roku 2011 zaniklo v České republice dvanáct obcí. Od roku 2001 do roku 2011 vzniklo celkem šest obcí na našem území, a to vždy oddělením od nějaké jiné obce nebo města.Každá oddělená obec by měla zohlednit, zda se dokáže postarat o všestranný rozvoj svého území, o potřeby svých obyvatel a v neposlední řadě o hospodaření obce, což stanovuje zákon č. 128/2000 Sb., o obcích.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedSome of the most important signs of every municipality are its citizens. They have an important right to present their opinion about functioning of such municipality, its annexing, merge or separation, through a local referendum.At present, small municipalities merge to get larger area and better economic situation. The most common way is annexing a small municipality to larger town or city. By this way there are 12 municipalities that disappear in the Czech Republic from 2001 to 2011. On the other hand from 2001 to 2011 there were 6 newly created municipalities in the Czech Republic, usually by separation from a larger town or city.Every separated municipality should be able to show that it can take care of the overall development of its area and the needs of all its citizens. Also the administration needs to be fully assured.en
