dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se soustředí na strategickou analýzu bezpečnostní agentury Safeguard Service, a.s. Práce je rozdělená na dvě hlavní částí, teoretickou a praktickou. První část se věnuje rozboru použité literatury a jsou v ní představeny základní pojmy související s tématem. Jsou definované konkrétní nástroje a metody strategického managementu. Druhá část se zaměřuje na aplikaci získaných poznatků do reálného podnikového prostředí. Obsahuje charakteristiku podniku, provedené strategické analýzy, tvorbu strategického plánu, finančního plánu a analýzu rizik. Pro podnik byla zvolená strategie kombinace, konkrétně penetrace trhu v podobě posílení pozice v Karlovarském kraji a rozvoj produktu v podobě zařazení AI systémů do produktového portfolia. Pro tvorbu diplomové práce byly informace získány z odborné literatury, interních dokumentů společnosti a osobní komunikace v podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe master´s thesis is focused on the strategic analysis of the security agency Safeguard Service, a.s. It is divided into two main parts, theoretical and practical. The first part deals with the analysis of the literature used and introduces basic concepts related to the topic. Specific tools and methods of strategic management are defined. The second part focuses on the application of acquired knowledge into a real business environment. It includes the characterization of the company, conducted strategic analyses, the creation of a strategic plan, financial plan, and risk analysis. The chosen strategy for the company involves a combination, specifically market penetration by strengthening its position in the Karlovy Vary region and product development by incorporating AI systems into the product portfolio. Information for the thesis was obtained from professional literature, internal company documents, and personal communication within the company.en
