| dc.description.abstract | Kvalifikační práce je zpracována na téma "Daňová a účetní specifika jednotlivých právních forem podnikání." Práce je složena z teoretické části, kterou lze dělit na několik částí. První oddíl práce popisuje problematiku podnikání, specifikuje osobu podnikatele a příklady daní, které se mohou být spojeny s podnikáním. Druhá část detailně charakterizuje popis fyzické osoby jako živnostníka, a také popis osoby právnické, včetně popisu daňové problematiky. Třetí úsek se detailně zaměřuje na popis forem právnických osob a s tím spojenou daňovou a účetní problematiku. Čtvrtá část popisuje výběr způsobů přeměn fyzické osoby na osobu právnickou. Včetně charakteristiky základní účetní a daňové oblasti spojené s přeměnou. Poslední úsek se okrajově věnuje komparaci forem podnikání u tří vybraných zemích v evropské unii, společně s popisem základní daňové a účetní oblasti. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty poznatky, kterých bylo docíleno zpracováním této kvalifikační práce. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The qualification thesis is elaborated on the topic "Tax and accounting specifics of individual legal forms of business." The thesis consists of a theoretical part, which can be divided into several parts. The first section describes the issue of business, specifies the person of the entrepreneur and examples of taxes that may be associated with business. The second part describes in detail the description of a natural person as a self-employed person, as well as a description of a legal entity, including a description of tax issues. The third section focuses in detail on the description of the forms of legal entities and the related tax and accounting issues. The fourth part describes the choice of methods of transformation of a natural person into a legal person. Including the characteristics of the basic accounting and tax area associated with the conversion. The last section deals marginally with the comparison of forms of business in three selected countries in the European Union, together with a description of the basic tax and accounting area. At the end of the work are summarized the findings that were achieved by processing this qualification work. | en |
