dc.description.abstractPředložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na realizaci výstavby a následný provoz lanového centra. Cílem práce je posouzení realizace podnikatelského záměru. V první části práce jsou popsána teoretická východiska potřebná k sestavení podnikatelského plánu. V případové studii je zpracován podnikatelský plán Lanového centra, s.r.o. ve Starém Plzenci. Podnikatelský plán se skládá z dílčích částí: představení podnikatelského záměru, zpracování marketingového plánu, analýzy PEST a SWOT, zpracování dotazníkového šetření, finanční plán, finanční analýza, plán projektu a management rizik. V závěru práce je zhodnocení uvedených zjištění, zvážení realizace vzniku, úspěšnosti na trhu a možnost dalšího rozvoje společnosti Lanové centrum, s.r.o.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis presented bachelor thesis focuses on the construction and subsequent operation of the rope center. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to assess the realization of the business plan. In the first part of the thesis are described the theoretical starting points needed to compile a business plan. In the case study is elaborated the business plan of The Rope Center Ltd. in Starý Plzenec. The business plan consists of sub-sections - presentation of business plan, elaboration of marketing plan, PEST and SWOT analysis, elaboration of questionnaire survey, financial plan, financial analysis, project plan and risk management. The conclusion of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the above mentioned findings, considering the realization of the establishment, the success on the market and the possibility of further development of the company Rope Center Ltd.en
