dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku vzniku a zániku obce. Zabývá se veřejnou správou, jejím popisem a členěním, ale také právní úpravou a členěním obcí. V práci jsou shrnuty současné způsoby vzniku a zániku obce, podle platné právní úpravy, a také důvody zániku obcí v minulosti. V závěru práce je popsán vývoj obcí v hraničním pásmu na Domažlicku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis focuses on the establishment and termination of a municipality. It deals not only with the public administration, its description and structure but also with the legislation and the structure of a municipality. The theses comprises current regulations for establishment and termination of a municipality according to the in-effect legislation and also causes of termination of municipalities in the past. In the final part is described the development of municipalities in the frontier zone of Domažlice district.en
