dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na zkoumání sociálního klimatu firmy jako faktoru podmiňujícího výkonnost firmy. Na začátku práce je charakterizována vybraná firma a provedena analýza externího a interního prostředí, ve kterém firma působí. Následně se práce zabývá významem pojmu sociální klima a dimenzemi sociálního klimatu z teoretického hlediska. Důležitou součástí práce je vyhodnocení průzkumu sociálního klimatu, který byl ve zvolené firmě uskutečněn, a definice stimulačních faktorů. Na základě provedeného průzkumu a identifikace stimulačních faktorů byl připraven návrh projektu na podporu žádoucího sociálního klimatu, které přispívá k naplnění cílů firmy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is focused on the topic of social climate within company as a factor of company performance. At the beginning there is described chosen company and made external and internal analysis of the company environment. Then, there is explained the meaning of social climate as a theoretical concept and its dimensions. The important part of this thesis is the evaluation of social climate in chosen company, which was examined, and the definition of stimulating factors. Based on this examination and the defined stimulating factors there is introduced a project proposal for support of desired social climate which will contribute to fulfil company?s goals.en
