dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem sexuálně motivovaných trestných činů. Obsahuje popis historického vývoje právní úpravy těchto činů od roku 1852. Dále osvětluje pojem sexuálně motivovaných trestných činů a rovněž poskytuje jejich analýzu, když se zaměřuje na jednotlivé skutkové podstaty. Blíže se zabývá trestným činem znásilnění, který je nejzávažnějším a nejčastějším deliktem z této kategorie trestných činů. Práce obsahuje kapitolu zabývající se komparací právní úpravy této problematiky v ČR a Německu. Diplomová práce poskytuje kriminologický pohled na osobu pachatele a oběti. Rovněž je zahrnuta samostatná kapitola s návrhy de lege ferenda.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis analyses sexually motivated offences. It contains description of a historical development of legislation of these crime acts since 1852. It explains a notion of the sexually motivated criminal acts, gives their analysis, and focuses on particular facts of crimes. The research more focuses on the crime of rape, which is the most serious and most numerous offence in this category. There is also a chapter with comparison of Czech and German legislation. Personalities of victims and offenders are described from a criminological point of view in the final part of this thesis. This thesis also contains a separate chapter with proposals de lege ferenda.en
