dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou diagnostiky stavu valivých ložisek rotačních strojů na základě bezdemontážního přístupu. Mezi cíle této diplomové práce patří seznámení se s ložisky po konstrukční stránce, dále podrobný popis vznikajících vad a jejich časo-frekvenčních vlastností. Hlavním cílem této práce je použít diagnostické metody aktuální kondice valivých ložisek využívané v průmyslu s bližším zaměřením na dvě metody tj. ACMT firmy ADASH a PeakVue firmy EMERSON. Na základě praktického měření pomocí testovacího standu valivých ložisek určíme výpovědní schopnosti použitých diagnostických metod. Dále určíme, která z metod je nejcitlivější na danou poruchu ložiska.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis deals with the diagnosis of condition of rolling bearings. These rolling bearings are the part of rotating machinery which are all based on not to be dismantled approach. Targets of this thesis include introduction with bearings in a structural way, next there are detailed descriptions of emerging defect and their time-frequency characteristics. The main aim of this thesis is to use diagnostical methods of current condition of rolling bearings which are used in industry with a bigger focus on two methods id est. ACMT of ADASH company and PeakVue of EMERSON company. On the basis of practical measurements using the test stand of rolling bearings we identify termination capabilities of used diagnostical methods and then we identify which of the methods is the most sensitive to the failure of bearings.en
