| dc.description.abstract | Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje především na popis účetního systému dle českých právních předpisů a účetního systému dle mezinárodních standardů IAS/IFRS. Dále se zabývá definováním vybraných oblastí účetnictví jak v rámci českých právních předpisů tak i v rámci mezinárodních standardů IAS/IFRS. Následně tato práce řeší problematiku účetní závěrky v účetních systémech. Praktická část práce se zabývá nejprve definováním základních odlišností mezi účetními závěrkami uvedených systémů. Dále je charakterizován vybraný podnikatelský subjekt. Poté je zpracována analýza odlišností na konkrétních účetních závěrkách zvolené společnosti, proveden výpočet a stručné popsání vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Jako poslední je posouzen vliv rozdílů na výsledek hospodaření a výši ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí problematiky rozdílů a jejich vliv na výsledek hospodaření a hodnoty vybraných ukazatelů finanční analýzy. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The theoretical part focuses mostly on the description of an accounting system according to the Czech legislation and accounting system according to the international standards IAS/IFRS. It also deals with the definition of selected areas of accounting, both within the Czech legislation and the international standards IAS/IFRS. Then this thesis addresses the topic of final accounts in those systems. The practical part first defines basic differences of final accounts in those systems. Second, there is a characteristic of a particular entrepreneurial entity. Afterwards an analysis of differences of final accounts in a concrete company is made, as well as the calculation and brief description of selected indicators of a financial analysis. Finally, the influence of those differences on profit and the values of indicators of the financial analysis is assessed. In the ending a summary of the topic of differences is found as well as their effect on the profit and values of selected indicators of financial analysis. | en |
