dc.description.abstractTématem diplomové práce je peněžitý trest. Práce se zaměřuje na hmotněprávní úpravu a procesněprávní úpravu peněžitého trestu. Práce obsahuje i stručný přehled některých evropských zahraničních úprav, se zaměřením na úpravu peněžitého trestu. Závěrem jsou nastíněny možné návrhy na změnu hmotněprávní i procesněprávní úpravy peněžitého trestu v pojetí de lege ferenda.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe theme of this thesis is fine, criminal and criminological aspects. The thesis focuses materially on the legal arrangements for pecuniary penalty in material and formal sense. This thesis contains a brief overview of some of Europe´s foreign regulations, focusing on a fine adjustment. Finally outlines possible proposals to amend the substantive and procedural modifications in the concept of a monetary penalty on legal aspects.en
