dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku a jejím cílem je pomocí nejrůznějších analýz zhodnotit konkurenční potenciál zvoleného podniku. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní pojmy a charakterizuje postupy analýz a výpočtů. V úvodu praktické části je představena firma GTW, která se rozděluje na GTW BEARINGS, s.r.o. a GTW TECHNIK, s.r.o. Praktická část dále vymezuje faktory konkurenceschopnosti GTW a dělí je na externí (makrookolí, mikrookolí) a interní. PESTEL analýza hodnotící makrookolí GTW popisuje politické, ekonomické, sociální, technologické, ekologické a legislativní faktory. Porterův model pěti sil týkající se mikrookolí GTW se zabývá analýzou stávajících a potencionálních konkurentů, dodavatelů, odběratelů a substitutů. Interní analýza zkoumá podnikové a pracovní zdroje, faktory marketingové a distribuční, finanční a rozpočtové, výroby a řízení výroby, vědecko-technického rozvoje a informačních systémů. Výstupy analýz syntetizuje SWOT analýza. V závěru práce je navrženo opatření pro zlepšení konkurenčního potenciálu vybraného podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor work deals with the analysis of competitiveness of a selected company. The aim of this work is to evaluate the competitiveness of this selected company with the use of various analyses. Theoretical background determinates basic terms and describes processes of the individual analyses and formulae. At the beginning of the practical part, there is an introduction of the selected company GTW (GTW BEARINGS, s.r.o. and GTW TECHNIK, s.r.o.). This part is followed with the factors of competitiveness of GTW devided into external (macro and micro environment) and internal. PESTEL analysis evaluating macro environment of GTW describes political, economical, social, technological, ekological and legislative factors. Porter´s Five Forces refering to micro environment of GTW deal with the analysis of current and potential competitors, suppliers, customers and substitutes. Internal analysis examines company and working sources, factors of marketing and distribution, finantial and budget factors, production, scientific and technical factors and IT. The results of these analyses are summarized in the SWOT analysis. The work is finished with the proposal of measure for better competitiveness of the selected company on the market.en
