dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá analýzou inovačních projektů a procesů ve společnosti Gerresheimer Horsovsky Tyn spol. s r. o., s cílem navrhnout konkrétní řešení podporující další rozvoj podniku. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy z oblasti inovací, jejich typologie a životního cyklu, a propojuje je s konceptem Průmyslu 4.0. Dále se zaměřuje na projektové a procesní řízení jako klíčové nástroje pro úspěšné zavádění inovací. V praktické části je představena samotná firma a její inovační strategie. Následně jsou analyzovány realizované inovační projekty, jejich přínos a identifikovány oblasti s potenciálem pro zlepšení - zejména v oblasti interní logistiky a řízení informací.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis focuses on the analysis of innovation projects and processes within the company Gerresheimer Horsovsky Tyn spol. s r. o., with the aim of proposing specific solutions to support the further development of the enterprise. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to innovation, including their typology and life cycle, and connects them with the concept of Industry 4.0. It also emphasizes project and process management as essential tools for the successful implementation of innovation. The practical part introduces the company itself and its innovation strategy. Subsequently, implemented innovation projects are analyzed in terms of their contribution to the company's operations, and areas with potential for improvement are identifiedparticularly in internal logistics and information management.en
