dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce řeší ekonomickou efektivnost investičního projektu, jehož realizaci plánuje na rok 2014 společnost G-MAR PLUS, s.r.o. Hlavní náplní společnosti je výroba a prodej skládaných deskových výměníků (SDV) tepla včetně jejich instalace a kompletního servisu. V současné době je společnost v pozici výhradního dodavatele desek a komponent pro výrobu SDV německého výrobce GEA Ecoflex. Po realizaci investice do výrobního zařízení se firma stane výrobcem desek i komponent vlastní značky. Diplomová práce bude zkoumat, zda je investice za nynějšího postavení společnosti, vývoje vnějšího prostředí i mezoprostředí realizovatelná a návratná. Efektivnost investice je posuzována přírůstkovou metodou. Inkrement z přírůstkové metody se používá pro výpočet doby úhrady, čisté současné hodnoty, vnitřního výnosového procenta a finanční stability projektu. Efektivnost investice je zkoumána v realistickém i pesimistickém scénáři. V závěru práce jsou navrženy controllingové indikátory pro provozní fázi investie.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis deals with economical effectiveness of an investment project, whose realization is planned for the year of 2014 by the company of G-MAR PLUS, s.r.o. The main activity of the company is production and sale of folded plate heat exchangers (FPHE) including their installation and complete service. Currently the company keeps a position of an exclusive supplier of plates and components for production of FPHE of a German producer GEA Ecoflex. After realization of the investment into production facilities the firm will become the producer of plates and components of its own mark. The thesis looks into the fact whether the investment is realizable and recoverable in the present position of the company, development of the outside environment and mezzo-environment. Effectiveness of the investment is assessed by the incremental method. The increment from the method is used for a calculation of the payment period, net present value, internal rate of return and financial stability of the project. The effectiveness is examined in a realistic and also pesimistic scenario. In the final part of the thesis controlling indicators for an operational stage of the investment are designed.en
