dc.description.abstractTato práce je zaměřena na problematiku komunikace mezi rodiči žáků a učiteli. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy jako komunikace, komunikační obsahy, komunikační prostředky, chyby v komunikaci, zásady a principy úspěšné komunikace mezi školou a rodiči žáků. Dále se práce zabývá příčinami a důsledky nefunkční komunikace mezi oběma instituty a přibližuje situace, které vyžadují komunikaci škola - rodič. Výzkumná část je zaměřená na vnímání této problematiky očima pedagogů a rodičů žáků, výzkum zkoumá osvědčené metody komunikace, četnost problematických situací v praxi. Také vyhodnocuje, s jakými typy rodičů bývá problém v komunikaci nejčastěji. Výzkum bude proveden mezi učiteli základních škol a rodiči žáků v internetovém prostředí. Závěry práce by měly přispět ke komplexnímu pohledu na specifika komunikace mezi učiteli a rodiči žáků.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis work is focused on the issue of communication between students parents and teachers. In the theoretical part, terms such as communication, communication contents, means of communication, errors in communication, principles and principles of successful communication between the school and parents of pupils are defined. Furthermore, the work deals with the causes and consequences of non-functional communication between the two institutes and provides an overview of situations that require school-parent communication. The research part is focused on the perception of this issue through the eyes of pedagogues and parents of students, the research examines proven methods of communication, the frequency of problematic situations in practice. It also evaluates with which types of parents there is a problem in communication most often. The research will be conducted among primary school teachers and parents of pupils in an internet environment. The conclusions of the work should contribute to a comprehensive view of the specifics of communication between teachers and parents of pupils.en
