dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o trestném činu vraždy, jeho znacích a dalších oborech, které svou činností přispívají k odhalení a objasnění tohoto trestného činu. První část se zabývá samotnou úpravou trestného činu vraždy, jak v českém trestním zákoníku, tak ve slovenském trestném zákoně. Následující část je zaměřena na kriminologické a kriminalistické aspekty trestného činu vraždy, kde jednotlivě popisuji typy pachatelů, oběti a v čem spočívá kontrola kriminality. Dalším významným oborem je soudní lékařství, které je nedílně propojeno s metodikou vyšetřování vražd. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny skutečné případy vražd, jak byly spáchány a jaký trest byl za toto jednání uložen.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedDiploma thesis deals with the crime of murder, its signs and other disciplines which with their acts contribute to detection and solving of the crime. At first part is discussed merely the seldom crime of the murder in Criminal Code Act 2009 and in Criminal Code of the Slovak Republic. Following part is focused on criminological and criminalistic aspects of the crime of murder, where are individually described types of offenders, victims and meanings of control of criminality. Next eminent discipline is forensic medicine which is inseparably associated with methods of investigation of murders. At the end of the thesis are stated real case of murders, how were they commited and what was the punishment for their act.en
