dc.description.abstractTématem této práce je měření signálu srdeční činnosti za použití vývojových kitů dostupných na katedře a následná identifikace naměřeného elektrokardiogramu. V této práci se zabývám hlavně technickým popisem problému a prostředky použitými k vypracování, čímž navazuji na mou bakalářskou práci, ve které je podrobně uvedena problematika fyziologie srdeční činnosti. Zpracovávaná data byla získána převážně z internetové databáze PhysioNet, zbytek byl získán laboratorním měřením. Závěrem jsou shrnuty možnosti použití této práce v praxi.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe topic of this thesis is the measurement of the cardiac activity signal using developmental cards available at the department and subsequent identification of the electrocardiogram measurement. In this thesis we mainly deal with technical descriptions of the problem and of resources used for the elaboration, which is followed by my bachelor thesis, that explained the problems of cardiac physiology. The processed data were mainly obtained from the internet database PhysioNet, the rest was obtained by laboratory measurements. The possibilities of using this work in practice are summarized in the conclusion.en
