dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na vznik konkrétního podnikatelského subjektu. V první části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, rozebrány jednotlivé právní formy podnikání. Dále jsou zde popsány důvody podnikání a s tím související překážky. V hlavní části se práce věnuje otázkám související se založením společnosti Trucidatio LiBitt, s. r. o. Jsou zde odůvodněny jednotlivé kroky volby právní formy podnikání, názvu, vizí a cílů. Další část je zaměřena na otázky související s financováním podniku, vymezuje základní hygienická nařízení a sumarizuje výsledky analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí a s tím související SWOT analýzu. V bakalářské práci je představen je personální a finanční plán. Na závěr těchto analýz a plánů je zhodnocen potenciál úspěchu společnosti na trhu, včetně jeho budoucí perspektivy.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis si focused on the creation of a specific business entity. In the first part are the basic concepsts, discussed various options of legal forms business. There are also described as business reasons related obstacles. The main part of the work deals with issues related to the establishment of Trucidatio LiBitt, Ltd. There are justified the steps to choose the legal form, name, vision and goals. Another section focuses on issues related to the financing of the company, defines basic hygiene regulations and summarizes the results of the analysis of internal and external environment and related SWOT analysis. The work is presented is a personal and financial plan. At the conclusion of these analyzes and plans is the potential of the company's success in the market, including its future prospects.en
