dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je podnik a jeho okolní vlivy. Cílem této práce je analyzovat okolí podniku a podnik samotny. Společnosti Ekomaziva s.r.o. jsou navrhnuta opatření na základě vysledků analyz, která povedou ke zlepšení její konkurenceschopnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první časti jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s tématem této práce. V druhé časti je představen podnik a jeho specifika, ktery je následně podroben analyze makrookolí, mezookolí a jeho mikrookolí. K rozboru okolí byly využity analytické nástroje jako je PEST analyza, Porterův model pěti sil, finanční analyza a marketingovy mix. Na základě vystupů těchto analyz jsou finálně vyhodnoceny ve SWOT analyze, načež je definována strategie a navrhnuty opatření vedoucí k posílení konkurenceschopnosti podniku.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this bachelor thesis is the company and its surrounding influences. The goal of this thesis is to analyse the environment of the company and the company itself. Measures are proposed to the company Ekomaziva Ltd. based on the results of the analysis that will lead to the improvement of its competitiveness. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The first part defines the basic concepts related to the topic of this thesis. In the second part, the company and its specifics are introduced, which is then subjected to an analysis of the macroenvironment, the mesoenvironment and its microenvironment. Analytical tools such as PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, financial analysis and marketing mix were used to analyse the environment. Based on the outputs of these analyses, they are finally evaluated in a SWOT analysis, whereupon a strategy is defined, and measures are proposed to strengthen the competitiveness of the company.	en
