| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení skladování ve vybraném výrobním podniku. Cílem práce je navrhnout opatření k zefektivnění procesu skladování ve výrobním podniku Elitex Nepomuk, a.s. Teoretická část práce se zabývá pojmy z oblasti logistiky, skladování, řízení zásob a digitalizace. Přibližuje potřebný teoretický rámec pro pochopení skladovacích procesů a moderních trendů v této oblasti. Praktická část obsahuje představení zkoumané společnosti, analýzu jejího současného skladování materiálu, ABC analýzu a identifikaci nedostatků. V závěrečné části práce jsou navržena konkrétní doporučení pro řešení zjištěných nedostatků. Mezi hlavními návrhy je například nahrazení stávajících vysokozdvižných vozíků modernějšími variantami. Očekává se, že po implementaci těchto návrhů dojde k výraznému zlepšení efektivity skladování materiálu v podniku, což by mělo vést k urychlení celého skladovacího procesu a zvýšení výkonu podniku jako celku. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of storage in a selected manufacturing company. The aim of the thesis is to propose measures to improve the efficiency of the storage process in the manufacturing company Elitex Nepomuk, a.s. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concepts of logistics, warehousing, inventory management and digitalization. It presents the necessary theoretical framework for understanding warehousing processes and modern trends in this area. The practical part includes an introduction of the company under study, analysis of its current material storage, ABC analysis and identification of gaps. The final part of the thesis proposes specific recommendations to address the identified shortcomings. Among the main suggestions is, for example, the replacement of existing forklifts with more modern variants. It is expected that after the implementation of these suggestions, the efficiency of material storage in the enterprise will be significantly improved, which should lead to a speeding up of the entire storage process and an increase in the performance of the enterprise as a whole. | en |
