dc.description.abstractCílem této bakalářské práce bylo vytvoření plánu na získání dotace z evropských fondů pro výuku cizích jazyků. Plán tohoto projektu byl zpracován hlavně za účelem zjištění rizik, která by mohla ohrozit cíl projektu. Základem pro sestavení plánu byly poznatky z teorie týkající se projektového managementu a dalších témat spojených s podstatou a plánováním projektů, které pak byly použity v praktické části, při konkrétním plánování. Práce byla realizována v programu MS Project, díky kterému je celý projekt přehledný. Možnost využití metody kritické cesty, Ganttova diagramu, k naplánování zdrojů a nákladů činí plánování projektu snadným a přehledným. Hlavním výstupem práce se stal nejen samotný plán projektu, ale i získání teoretických poznatků a praktických zkušeností v dané oblasti. Projekt je realizovatelný, cíl práce je tedy splněn.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe goal of this bachelor thesis was to compile a plan for obtaining a European Union grant for the teaching of foreign languages. The plan of this project was processed mainly for the purpose of detection of the risks which could endanger the aim of the project. The process of creating the plan was based on the theoretical knowledge of project management and other topics connected with the concept and planning of projects, which was used in the practical part of this work, in the specific planning. The work was realized in MS Project program, thanks to which the whole project is well-organized. The opportunity to use a critical path method, Gantt´s diagram, for the establishing of sources and costs makes the planning of project easy and clear. The main outcome of the work is not only the plan itself, but also acquisition of the theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the given area. The project is feasible, therefore the purpose of the work has been fulfilled.en
