dc.description.abstract	Hlavním tématem a cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnutí pracovních válců, rámu a uložení válců válcovací stolice DUO. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první teoretické části je struč-ně popsána historie válcovacích stolic, současný stav a jejich budoucnost. Dále rozdělení válcovacích stolic a popis jejich hlavních částí. V druhé praktické části dojde k samotným analytickým výpočtům hlavních konstrukčních uzlů. Konkrétně pracovní válec, ložisko, ložiskové těleso, rám a stavěcí šroub. V další části je zobrazeno konečné řešení uložení pracovních válců a kompletní zjednodušený model válcovací stolice DUO, jehož rozměry odpovídají předešlým vypočteným hodnotám. Na závěr je model rámu a pracovního válce podroben MKP analýze, pro následující porovnání a potvrzení správnosti ana-lytických výpočtů. Práce obsahuje výrobní výkres pracovního válce.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	The main topic and aim of this bachelor thesis is the design of the working rolls, frame and roller ar-rangement of the DUO rolling mill. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part briefly describes the history of rolling mills, the current state and their future. Furthermore, the classification of rolling mills and a description of their main parts. In the second practical part, the ac-tual analytical calculations of the main structural nodes are performed. Specifically, the working roll, bearing, bearing housing, frame and screwdown. In the next part, the final design of the work roller arrangement and the complete simplified model of the DUO rolling mill, whose dimensions corre-spond to the previous calculated values, are shown. Finally, the model of the frame and the working roller is subjected to FEM analysis, for subsequent comparison and confirmation of the correctness of the ana-lytic calculations. The paper includes a production drawing of the working roll.	en
