dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se věnuje aspektům vlivu alkoholu na pohybový výkon u příslušníků Policie ČR. Pohybový výkon je zaměřen na realizačně rychlostní a koordinační schopnosti. Cílem bylo zjistit již zmíněný vliv alkoholu na pohybový výkon mezi jednotlivými měřeními a porovnat výsledné hodnoty mezi skupinou, která alkohol požila s tou, která alkohol nepožila. Výzkumný soubor obsahoval 22 příslušníků Policie ČR. Celé testování probíhalo celkově ve 4 kolech, kdy první bylo pro všechny probandy bez požití alkoholu. Následně se do zbylých 3 kol jedné půlce začala podávat individuální dávka alkoholu a druhé ne. Individuální dávka alkoholu byla vypočítána podle aktuální tělesné hmotnosti jedince v den konání experimentu. V závěru je uvedeno, že alkohol měl na probandy jen mírný vliv a nedošlo k významným odchylkám. Významné odchylky nebyly naměřeny ani ve 4. kole, kdy byly porovnány skupiny probandů mezi sebou. Je zde i popsán přístup probandů k alkoholu a porovnán výsledek probandů, kteří mají podle screeningového dotazníku C.A.G.E. začínající nebo mírnou závislost k alkoholu s probandy, kteří sklon k závislosti ani závislost nemají.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is devoted to the aspects of the effect of alcohol on the movement performance of members of the Police of the Czech Republic. Movement performance is focused on speed implementation and coordination abilities. The aim was to find out the already mentioned effect of alcohol on physical performance between individual measurements and to compare the resulting values between the group that consumed alcohol and the one that did not. The research group included 22 members of the Police of the Czech Republic. The entire testing took place in a total of 4 rounds, the first of which was for all probands without alcohol consumption. Subsequently, for the remaining 3 rounds, one half was given an individual dose of alcohol and the other was not. The individual dose of alcohol was calculated according to the individual's current body weight on the day of the experiment. In the conclusion, it is stated that alcohol had only a moderate effect on the probands and there were no significant deviations. Significant deviations were not measured even in the 4th round, when the results of the groups of probands were compared with each other. The attitude of the probands towards alcohol is also described in the thesis, and the results of the probands who, according to the screening questionnaire C.A.G.E. have incipient or mild alcohol addiction, are compared with the results of probands who do not have a tendency to addiction or addiction itself.en
