dc.description.abstractPředložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na vytvoření strategické analýzy organizace Magna Automotive (CZ) s.r.o. Práce začíná představením společnosti, vyjmenováním jejích základních údajů. Dále jsou představena strategická východiska, a je provedena analýza prostředí společnosti, a na základě této analýzy je společnosti navržena možná strategie. Poté je sestaven strategický plán pro období 2020-2022. Pro toto období je dále sestaven finanční plán společnosti. Další část této práce se zaměřuje na analýzu rizik společnosti, a identifikování rizikových faktorů, které ohrožují naplnění strategického plánu, a tvorbu scénářů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis thesis is focused on creating strategic analysis for company Magna Automotive (CZ) ltd. The work begins by introduction company, and naming their main details. Continuing with introduction of strategic planning, and an analysis of the environment of the company is performed, based on this analysis of the company the possible strategy is proposed. After that the strategic plan for the period 2020-2022 is compiled. For this period is made financial plan for the company. The next part of this work is focused on analysis of risks for the company, and identifying risk factors, which are threatening strategic plan and creating scenarios.en
