dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá ekonomickými aspekty legislativní úpravy turismu v České republice. V práci jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z oblasti turismu, představena organizace a řízení turismu v ČR a popsána právní úprava turismu v ČR. Dále se práce na základě obsahové analýzy zabývá právní úpravou turismu vybraných států. Následně je provedena komparace právní úpravy turismu vybraných států s právní úpravou České republiky a stanovena doporučení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe diploma thesis deals with the economic aspects of the legislative regulation of tourism in the Czech Republic. The thesis defines basic concepts in the field of tourism, presents the organization and management of tourism in the Czech Republic and describes its legal framework of tourism in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, the work, based on the content analysis, deals with the regulation of the tourism of selected states. Subsequently, a comparison of the legislation of the selected states is implemented with the legislation of the Czech Republic and recommendations are set out.en
