dc.description.abstractTato práce práce se zabývá působností obcí na úseku loterií a jiných podobných her s ohledem na aktuální legislativní změny v této oblasti. V úvodu vymezuje pojem herního práva a obecně charakterizuje členění působnosti na samostatnou a přenesenou. V následujících kapitolách se pak zabývá jednotlivými okruhy činností, jenž orgány obce v oblasti herního práva vykonávají. Zejména jde o vydávání obecně závazných vyhlášek obcí regulujících provozování loterií a jiných podobných her, povolování provozování těchto her, správní dozor nad dodržováním uložených povinnosti v souvislosti s jejich provozováním a správní trestání v případě jejich porušení.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis masters thesis is concerned with the powers of municipalities in the department of lotteries and other similar games with regard to the current legislative changes in this area. The introduction defines the concept of gaming law and generally characterizes the scope of powers on independent and devolved. The following chapters deal with individual activities in the area of gaming law which are exercised by the municipalities. In particular, it considers the issuing of generally binding decrees of municipalities to regulate the operation of lotteries and other similar games, permitting the operation of these games, administrative supervision over compliances with the obligations imposed in connection with their operation and administrative punishing in case of infringement.en
