Výzkum jevu domácího násilí – část II

Abstract

Tento článek navazuje na výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu, které jsou uvedeny v článku „Výzkum jevu domácího násilí – část I“. V této části jsou uvedeny i výsledky testování stanovených výzkumných hypotéz. Z šetření vyplynulo, že řada respondentů se již sama setkala s domácím násilím. Dále že část respondentů zná někoho ze svého okolí, kdo byl obětí domácího násilí. Podle názoru respondentů neexistuje v ČR dostatečná právní úprava problematiky domácího násilí.

This paper builds on the results of the quantitative research presented in the article ‘Research on the Research of Domestic Violence – Part I’. This part also presents the results of testing the research hypotheses. The quantitative research revealed that many respondents had experienced domestic violence themselves. Furthermore, some respondents knew someone in their neighborhood who had been a victim of domestic violence. In the opinion of therespondents, there is insufficient legal regulation of domestic violence in the Czech Republic.
