dc.description.abstractKolem kostela Nanebevzetí Panny Marie, nejvýznamnější církevní stavby v Mariánských Lázních, vznikl mikrosvět, na němž bylo možné zdokumentovat religiózní, společenský, ale i historický vývoj celé oblasti, a v němž velmi důležitou roli sehrál premonstrátský klášter Teplá. Kostel byl postaven mezi lety 1844-1848 architektem Johannem Gottfriedem Guttensohnem. Zakladatel kostela, opat tepelského kláštera Marian Heinl, vybíral mezi umělci a řemeslníky, pouze ty o nichž byl přesvědčen, že patří mezi nejlepší umělce a řemeslníky 19. století.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedAround the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary, the most important church building in Mariánské Lázně, a microworld has emerged which documents the religious, social and also historical development of the whole area and in which the Premonstratensian monastery of Teplá plays a very important role. The church was built between 1844-1848 by the architect Johann Gottfried Guttensohn and all the works were carried out by the best artists and craftsmen of the 19th century chosen by the abbot of the Teplá Monastery and founder of the church Marian Heinl.en
