dc.description.abstractV bakalářské práci řeším teorie společenské smlouvy v raném novověku, kde se konkrétně věnuji teoriím od tří významných myslitelů. Jimi jsou Thomas Hobbes, John Locke a Jean-Jacques Rousseau. Každé teorii věnuji v práci samostatnou kapitolu, kde nahlédneme na přirozený stav, uzavření společenské smlouvy, organizaci a fungování státu, rozlišení forem státu a na konec komentář a reflexe k zjištěním poznatkům. Dále se věnuji komparaci představených teorií, kde porovnávám nejdůležitější body s cílem zjistit odlišnosti a podobnosti názorů zmíněných autorů.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedIn my bachelor's thesis, I address theories of the social contract in the early modern period, looking specifically at theories from three prominent thinkers. These are Thomas Hobbes, John Locke and Jean-Jacques Rousseau. I devote a chapter to each theory in the thesis, where we look at the state of nature, the conclusion of the social contract, the organization and functioning of the state, the distinction between forms of the state, and finally a commentary and reflection on the findings. Then I devote myself to the comparison of the theories presented, where I compare the most important points in order to identify the differences and similarities of the views of the authors mentioned.en
