dc.description.abstractPředkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na management vybrané neziskové organizace pro její udržitelný rozvoj. Obsahuje zpracování teoretických východisek k této problematice se zaměřením na strategické plánování, cílové segmenty a podporovatele, hodnotu produktu pro klienty, finanční řízení, fundraising, personální řízení a vedení a konečně organizační strukturu, kulturu a organizační design. Tato teoretická východiska jsou následně aplikována na konkrétní neziskovou organizaci při analýze vybraných aspektů interního prostředí, mezoprostředí a externího prostředí této organizace. V další části práce je pro danou organizaci provedena SWOT analýza a z jejích výstupů vybrány takové faktory, které by organizace měla adresovat v zájmu zajištění svého udržitelného rozvoje. Na základě těchto zjištění jsou pak zpracovány návrhy implementace nových nebo udržení stávajících aktivit vedoucích k udržitelnému rozvoji organizace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis diploma thesis is focused on management of chosen non-governmental non-profit organization for its sustainable development. The thesis contains a compiled theoretical framework on this issue focusing on strategic planning, target market segments and supporters, client value of the product, financial management, fundraising, human resources management and leadership and at last organizational structure, culture and organizational design. This framework has then been applied on chosen non-profit organization within the analysis of its internal, meso and external environment. In the next part of the thesis a SWOT analysis has been conducted and out of its outcomes such factors have been selected that the organization should pursue in order to ensure its sustainable development. Based on these findings, recommendations have been made suggesting implementing new or retaining existing activities leading up to sustainable development of the organization.en
