dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce se zabývá všeobecně aditivy a především se zaměřuje na ty, které mohou nepříznivě působit na lidské zdraví. V této práci definuji pojem aditivní látky a vybrané rozebírám více do hloubky. Práce se dále soustředí na informovanost spotřebitele o aditivech a jeho vztahem k nim. Celá práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kdy první část je teoretická a najdeme v ní kapitoly zaměřující se na aditiva obecně, dále na výběr nejznámějších skupin těchto látek, na škodlivost některých potencionálně nebezpečných látek, ale také na legislativu a hodnocení bezpečnosti aditiv v potravinách. Krátce uvádím programy zabývající se potravinami bez zbytečných aditiv. Druhá část je praktická. V praktické části hodnotím pomocí dotazníkového šetření informovanost respondentů o aditivních látkách a také vztah, který zaujímají k těmto látkám.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis bachelor thesis deals with addictive substances in foods which are known like ESS-food. Generally deals with additives with a focus on additives unfavorable to human health. In this work I define the term "additive" and selected from them. My Bachelor Thesis also focuses on consumer awareness of the supplements and their attitude to them. The whole thesis is divided into two parts when the first part is theoretical and we can find chapters focusing on additives in general. I continue to select the most well-known groups of these substances, harmful substances of some potentially hazardous substances also on legislation and safety evaluation of additives in food. I briefly mention programs dealing with food without unnecessary additives. The second part of my bachelor thesis is practical. In the practical part I evaluate respondents' awareness of the additive substances using the questionnaire survey as well as their relation to these substances.en
