dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá financováním občanského sdružení, tělovýchovné jednoty Baník Sokolov. Teoretická část je souhrnem rešerší a vlastních úvah nad problematikou neziskového sektoru v ČR. Popsáno je občanské sdružení, jeho činnost a zánik. Objasněny jsou zdroje financování. V praktické části je popsán profil sdružení, jeho historie, majetkové poměry a současný stav. Cílem práce je analýza finančního hospodaření občanského sdružení TJ Baník Sokolov. Zkoumány jsou roky 2008-2010. V závěrečné fázi jsou navrhnuta doporučení, která by mohla tomuto sdružení prospět a odpoutat jej od vazeb na veřejné rozpočty.	cs
dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the financing of civic associations, sports unity Banik Sokolov. The theoretical part is a summary of research, and my own reflections on the issue of non-profit sector in the Czech republic. Described is a civic association, its activities and termination. In the next part are clarified the sources of funding. The practical part describes the profile of the association, its history, financial status and current status. The target of this thesis is to analyze financial data in civil association TJ Banik Sokolov. The examined years are 2008-2010. The final phase is designed to recommendations that could benefit from this association and detach it from a public relations budgets.	en
