| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na smluvní vztahy při poskytování energií. Jde o smlouvy spotřebitelské. Jsou zde popsány speciální náležitosti smluv o dodávkách energií. Na jedné straně stojí zákazník (spotřebitel) a na druhé dodavatel energií. Energiemi se zde myslí převážně elektřina a plyn. Obecně jsou tyto smlouvy upraveny v občanském zákoníku. | cs |
