dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce rozebírá institut trestu domácího vězení v české právní úpravě. Obsahem je jak stručné vymezení trestu, alternativních trestů, tak rozebrání hmotněprávní a procesně právní úpravy.Mezi další kapitoly je zařazen i historický vývoj vedoucí k institutu trestu domácího vězení v České republice. Způsob kontroly výkonu a kazuistiky jsou dalšími kapitolami mé práce. Úvahy de lege ferenda jsou součástí závěru práce.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis dissertation work is about the House Arrest as punishment in the czech legislation. The content is as the brief definition of the punishment, alternative punishment, so the analysis of the substantive and procedural legislation. Into the next chapter is sorted the historical development, which leaded to the institute of the House Arrest in Czech Republic. The way of the monitoring of the imprisonment and the case interpretations are the next chapters of my work. Considerations about the de lege ferenda are the part of the closing part of the work.en
