dc.description.abstractHlavním cílem této práce je popsat emoce a výkonovou motivaci žáků na středních školách, protože výkonovou zaměřenost školního prostředí každý žák vnímá jinak, a podle toho se i chová. Teoretická část práce představuje různá východiska a teorie emocí, lidské motivace a výkonové motivace. Výzkumná část si klade za cíl zmapovat celkovou výkonovou orientaci žáků gymnázia, podrobně se zaměřit na výkonovou orientaci jedné vybrané třídy a popsat příčiny výkonové motivace u vybraných žáků a zároveň navrhnout možná opatření, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení situace.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis dissertation is focused on emotions and the achievement motivation of the pupils on the secondary schools. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces various theories of emotions, motivation and the achievement motivation. The aim of the research is to map the achievement motivation among the classes of the grammar school and analyze the achievement motivation in one selected class in detail. Another research objective is to discover the causes of the achievement motivation of the selected pupils and suggest the arrangements leading to the improvement.en
