| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této práce je popsat význam vnitřních směrnic a potřebu jejich tvorby. První dvě kapitoly práce popisují vybrané vnitřní směrnice a právní předpisy upravující účetnictví. V dalších částech práce je cílem analyzovat vnitřní směrnici v podniku ELITEX Nepomuk a.s., zjistit její nedostatky a navrhnout změny a případná zlepšení. Pro sepsání této práce jsem vycházela z nastudované odborné literatury a základních údajů o podniku, jeho struktuře a činnosti. Výsledkem práce je rozčlenění stávající směrnice na několik vnitřních směrnic a přidání nových, kdy každá z nich upravuje jinou oblast účetnictví. Vytvořený systém umožňuje lepší přehlednost a orientaci. Dalšími přínosy je změna kalkulace, zavedení nových účtů, zrušení některých stávajících účtů nebo úprava problematiky pokladny či účtového rozvrhu. Tyto oblasti současná směrnice upravuje jen okrajově. Změny vedou k lepší informovanosti zaměstnanců a průhlednosti v účetnictví. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | The principal aim of this thesis is to describe the importance of internal directives and the significance of their creation. The first two chapters describe chosen internal directives and law regulations adjusting accounting. The main objective of the following parts is to analyse the internal directive of the company ELITEX Nepomuk Plc., to find the imperfections and to propose changes and appropriate improvements. In order to create this thesis I based my work on specialized literature and basic data about the company, its structure and activities. The outcome of the thesis is a division of the existing directive into more internal directives and addition of new ones, while each of them adjusts a different area of accounting. Such system enables a better clarity and easier orientation. Another benefits are for instance a change of calculation, implementation of new accounts and cancellation of some existing accounts or adjustment of the cash office issues or chart of accounts since these areas are at the moment regulated by the current directive in no greater detail. The changes lead to a better awareness of the employees and transparency in the accounting. | en |
