dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na vliv okolí podniku na konkrétní podnik. Cílem této práce je analyzovat jednotlivé vlivy okolí, které působí na konkrétní podnik, a analyzovat okolí podniku pomocí vybraných metod a následně navrhnout případná opatření, která pomohou ke zlepšení situace ve firmě. Pro tuto práci je vybrán podnik UNREAL S, který poskytuje komplexní služby v oblasti průmyslové automatizace. V praktické části je provedena PEST analýza, jež hodnotí dopad makroekonomických vlivů na podnik UNREAL S. Pro analýzu mezoprostředí je použit Porterův model pěti sil a pro zhodnocení silných a slabých stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb SWOT analýza. Výsledkem této práce je, že UNREAL S je dobře prosperující podnik. Nabízí kvalitní výrobky a služby, zaměstnává kvalifikované zaměstnance a je schopný bez problému konkurovat jeho konkurenci. Podnik má také velmi dobré finanční a technické zázemí.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is focused on the influence of surroundings on the particular company. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the individual influences which have influence on the particular company and analyze the surroundings using the selected methods and subsequently to propose the measures which help to improve the situation in the company. The company UNREAL S is selected for this thesis, this company provides complex services in the field of industrial automation. In the practical part the PEST analysis is carried out which evaluates the impact of the macroeconomic influences on the company UNREAL S. For analysis "mezoprostředí" Porter´s model of five forces is used and for the assessment of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats SWOT analysis. The result of this thesis is that the UNREAL S is a well prosperous company. The company offers quality products and services, employs skilled staff and is able to compete with its competitors without any problem. The firm also has a very good financial and technical background.en
