| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na finanční hospodaření města Holýšov. Jejím cílem je přiblížit postavení obcí v soustavě územní samosprávy a její funkce a zejména provést analýzu hospodaření dané obce, zhodnotit současnou ekonomickou situaci a navrhnout případná opatření ke zlepšení stávající situace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá definováním postavení obcí v soustavě územní samosprávy a jejich funkcemi. Dále jsou uvedeny orgány obce a organizace, které mohou obce zřizovat. Druhá část teoretické části je zaměřena na finanční hospodaření obcí, kde jsou charakterizovány příjmy a výdaje, které hrají v obecních rozpočtech největší roli. Praktická část pojednává o finančním hospodaření konkrétního města Holýšov. Je zde provedena finanční analýza, která rozebírá příjmovou a výdajovou stránku rozpočtu. Autorka k jejímu zpracování využila závěrečné účty města za vybrané pětileté období (2009 2013). Následně je pozornost věnována saldu a zadluženosti města. V poslední části práce je hospodaření města zhodnoceno a jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract-translated | Bachelor thesis is focused on the financial management of the Holýšov city. Its aim is to bring the position of municipalities in the system of local government and its functions. The main aim is to analyze the management of the municipality, to assess the current economic situation and to suggest possible measures to improve the current situation. Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with defining the status of municipalities in the system of local government and its functions. There are the municipal authorities and organizations which municipalities can establish. There is a financial management of municipalities in the second part with characterizing revenues and costs which are the most important in municipal budgets. The practical part discusses the financial management of a particular town - Holýšov. There is a financial analysis that examines the revenue and expenditure side of the budget. For the financial analysis the author used the final accounts of the town for the period 2010 2013. The author focuses to the balance and indebtedness of the city in the following part. The city management is evaluated and the suggestions for improvement are shown in the last part of this bachelor thesis. | en |
