| dc.description.abstract | Navrhli jsme metodu pro stanovení fosforečnanů ve vzorcích půdy fotometrickou metodou. Metoda byla aplikována na vzorky odebrané v areálu zaniklé usedlosti. Metoda byla validována komparací s výsledky archeologického odkryvu. Byly charakterizovány faktory ovlivňující analýzu. Byla zamítnuta možnost využití dat získaných metodou XRF pro účely této metody. | cs |
