dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá tématem trestného činu vraždy v českém trestním právu. V začátku práce je rozebrán historický vývoj trestného činu vraždy na území našeho státu a s ním související vývoj trestního práva. Stěžejní kapitola pojednává o trestném činu vraždy podle platné právní úpravy, popisuje skutkovou podstatu vraždy a porovnává vraždu s ostatními trestnými činy proti životu. Práce obsahuje také kapitola věnovanou porovnání tohoto trestného činu v české a slovenské právní úpravě a problematiku trestání. V závěru práce je rozebrána vražda z pohledu kriminologického, tedy pachatelé a oběti vražd a kontrola kriminality.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe thesis is about the criminal offence of murder in the Czech criminal law. The beginning of the thesis analyzes the historical development of murder in the country and also the development of criminal law as such. The core chapter of the thesis deals with the criminal offence of murder according to the valid Czech legislation, describes factual stance of murder and compares this criminal offence with other criminal offences against life. The thesis also contains a chapter which compares the criminal offence of murder in the Czech and Slovak criminal law and it also contains a chapter about punishment. The end of the thesis analyzes the criminal offence of murder from the criminological perspective in order to examine offenders, victims of murders as well as the process of controlling crime.en
