dc.description.abstractPředložená práce je zaměřena na strategickou analýzu společnosti CZBT, s.r.o. Práce je koncipována do dvou částí. Teoretická část se skládá ze stanovení cílů práce, metodiky práce a z rozboru použité literatury. Zároveň z popisu základních pojmů vztahujících se k tématu, metod i postupů strategického řízení, návrhu, volby a implementace strategie a strategických alternativ. Praktická část se zaměřuje na rozšíření teoretických poznatků a rozvoje poznatků analýzami a rozhovorů s vedením společnosti. Praktická část je rozdělena na několik kapitol, které popisují podnikatelský subjekt, jeho historii a strategickou orientaci, dále pak interní a externí prostředí podniku. Tato práce zároveň navrhuje strategie, kterými by se podnik měl řídit, aby dostál svého strategického záměru a strategických cílů. Mnohé informace byly získány z odborné literatury, databází, interních dat podniku a z rozhovorů s vedením podniku.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe presented thesis is focused on the strategic analysis of the company CZBT, Ltd. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part consists of setting the objectives of the work, the methodology of the work and the analysis of the literature which has been used. At the same time it consists of the description of basic concepts related to the topic, methods and procedures of strategic management, design, selection and implementation of strategy and strategic alternatives. The practical part focuses on the deepening of the theoretical knowledge and the development of theoretical knowledge through analysis and interviews with company management. The practical part is divided into several chapters that describe the business entity, its history and strategic orientation, as well as the internal and external environment of the company. This work also suggests strategies that the company should follow in order to achieve its strategic intent and strategic goals. Much information was obtained from professional literature, databases, internal company data and interviews with the company's management.en
