dc.description.abstractPředmětem práce byl návrh plánování, řízení a realizace projektu mezinárodní vědecké konference Trendy v podnikání 2022 pořádané studenty doktorských studijních programů. Ve studii byla popsána pořádající organizace, představena vlastní konference a plány projektu. V plánech projektu byly zpracovány projektový tým, logický rámec, hierarchický rozpad cíle projektu, časový harmonogram ve formě Ganttova grafu, rozpočet a způsob financování. Byla také identifikována rizika projektu. Závěrem byla shrnuta vlastní realizace konference Trendy v podnikání 2022 a její zhodnocení. Po kontrole výstupů a přínosu projektu, byl projekt zhodnocen jako úspěšný. Na základě zhodnocení průběhu projektu byla navržena doporučení pro realizaci obdobného projektu tedy dalšího ročníku konference Trendy v podnikání.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe subject of the thesis was to design the planning, management, and implementation of the project of the international scientific conference Trends in Business 2022 organized by students of doctoral study programs. The study described the organizing institution, presented the conference itself and the project plans. In the project plans, the project team, logical framework, work break-down structure, time schedule in the form of a Gantt chart, budget, and method of financing were elaborated. Project risks were also identified. In conclusion, the actual realization of the Trends in Business 2022 conference and its evaluation were summarized. After checking the outputs and the benefit of the project, the project was assessed as successful. Based on the evaluation of the course of the project, recommendations were proposed for the realization of a similar project, i.e. the next edition of the Trends in Business conference.en
