dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce pojednává o působnosti krajů ČR a jejich financování. V první části práce je podrobně popsána základní terminologie, která je k práci potřebná. Dále jsou stručně definovány jednotlivé kraje České republiky včetně jejich správních center. Poté je zkoumána působnost krajů jak z obecného tak z konkrétního hlediska. V předposlední části se snažím nastínit problematiku financování vyšších územních samosprávných celků. Poslední část pojednává o možném pozitivním vývoji do budoucna. Následuje stručný závěr se zpětnou vazbou.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThis Bachelor´s thesis concentrates on the issue of the: "Scope of the regions and their financing". The first part of this Bachelor´s thesis deals with the basic terminology of the topic. In the next chapter is briefly describes each of the regions. In the third section is describes the scope of the regions and the emphasis is on the valid legislation. In the next chapter discusses in detail the financing of regions of the Czech Republic. Again, the emphasis is on a valid legislation. In the penultimate chapter is outlined possible modernization of the public administration in a broad range of scientific literature, to which he participated in leading the work. The last part of the thesis is the conclusion, list of used literature and résumé.en
