dc.description.abstractHlavním tématem jsou Eseje Michela de Montaigne a Francise Bacona v kontextu renesanční filosofie člověka. Prezentovány budou Baconovy a Montaignovy myšlenky týkající se individualismu, morálky, politických názorů, vztahu k ženě a jejich názory na otázku nesmrtelnosti lidské duše a smrti. V poslední části bakalářské práce budou jejich názory na témata jim společná analyzovány a srovnávány. V práce nebudou zohledněny názory pouze těchto dvou filosofů, reflektovány budou i myšlenky například Mora, Machiavelliho, Mirandoly, Campanelly či Rotterdamského.cs
dc.description.abstract-translatedThe crucial topic of the thesis are Essays of Michel de Montaigne and Francis Bacon in the context of Renaissance philosophy. Main thoughts of Bacon and Montaigne concerning individualism, morality, political views, their approach to women and the question of immortality and death were investigated in the next part. The last part of the bachelor thesis analyses and compare the views of Montaigne and Bacon on the themes, which are identical to both philosophers. Not only the ideas of both the philosophers were cited in the work. Chosen concepts of the other Renaissance philosophers (e.g. More, Machiavelli, Mirandola, Campanella or Rotterdam) were considered.en
